Section 46
Cancellation of Appointment

(1) Contrary to sub-section (5) of Article 243 of the Constitution, if any person has been appointed permanently to a pensionable position by the Government of Nepal without consulting the Public Service Commission, such appointment shall be revoked at any time.
(2) If someone asks another person to give the exam instead of him, the exam of the entire subject of the advertisement given by him will be automatically canceled in his case and if a person is recommended and appointed based on the exam given in that way, such appointment will be canceled at any time.
